SENIOR CONTRACTS ENGINEER (present)

Modules fabrication of two Liquefied Natural Gas plants at fabrication yard in China, Zhoushan. Main focus on Subcontract administration: commercial work with EPC-contractor regarding variations and other claims, support procurement department in negotiations with international vendors, cost control supervising.

CONTRACT EXPERT

The following contractual support has been provided for NOVATEK (60% Project’s owner):

  • Administration of EPC-Contract for three Liquefied Natural Gas plants (> 11 billion $);

  • Drafting and negotiations with 5 Asian yards Memorandums of Agreement to ensure early commitment of construction subcontractors in China and novation the Memorandums to EPC-Contractor accordingly. 

About Project: Arctic LNG 2 Project in Russia starts operations in 2022-2023, encompasses the construction of three Liquefied Natural Gas plants that will be installed on Concrete Gravity Based Structures. Estimated project value = 27 billion $.

ASP-Project

CONTRACTS ENGINEER

ASP-Project is the first innovation Project implemented in Russia applying ASP flooding - enhanced oil recovery technology. It uses substances that reduce interfacial tension (alkali and surfactant) and substances enhancing oil mobility (polymer). Project value = 8 billion $.

 

Contractual support has been provided for design, construction, operation activities and supply of materials at the pre-award and post-award stages.

Contract Holders Improvement Project

PROJECT MANAGER

Internal cross functional project initiated to mitigate contract management gaps identified in SHELL’s daughter company in Russia. Contracts’ value involved in the project: > 50 million $.

Work & Achievements:

-Existing Contract Management system has been updated;

-Internal Contract Management training programs has been developed;

-More than 300 Contract Holders were trained;

-KPI scheme for Contract Holders was implemented.

In 2017 the Project was estimated by Shareholders on a maximum score as per annual business performance review results.
